Step 6 - Live Monitor and Fast Marking

Presto lets teachers live monitor students as they answer questions

Live Monitor

When a teacher has assigned a Presto with a code, Presto expects students to log in and have a go.

When students join a live assessment via a link, teachers have an immediate view into their progress. As students complete the questions, they are auto-coded and auto-graded.

The possible states are:

• Correct

• Incorrect

• Partially Correct

• Unanswered

• Yet to be Answered

Live Monitoring

1. The student's name with a total of the number of questions answered and a running average score.

2. Each question, 1 at a time.

3. Click on the horizontal question number. The question detail will open with the correct answers and extract from the source text to support the answer.

Fast Marking

One of our most popular features is fast marking. This allows teachers to see answers across each question for each student. There are some great options.

Fast marking is FAST MARKING

1. Click Fast Marking to access.

2. You can override any mark for any question and set all answers to be correct.

3. See the student answers for a single question, right across the class.

4. You can adjust each student's individual score for each answer.
